If she isn't claiming drugged, and/or hair sample is negative, then my opinion would be she was having fun, and now regrets it.

If she was drugged, her actions in the tape mean nothing.
If she is/was clean, her actions mean everything.

I can't imagine there are many if any legitimate rape cases that involve having one's pearl polished, and if he had drugged her I wouldn't think he'd be stupid enough to continue doing what he was doing with 10 people video taping him in public without realizing he'd get busted. If anything, he should have made the rape claim, you can see her forcibly push his head into her muff, definitely rape.

 

Remember when the whole Duke Lacrosse team lost their scholarships over an escort claimed rape. This was all proven a set up and she was never arrested for it. Well she got her karma.

That's enough for now . This is a daily thing. Rape doesn't even hold the same meaning to me now a days honestly . The word is flung around and the real issue is there are no consequences for false reports.
The bad thing is it hurts women who truly are a victim.

I came home one day and my kid was in the living room with his g/f . I walk in his room and his friend is getting busy with a girl. I yell at them to get clothed and get in my living room. After harshly chewing both their asses out I told them they weren't welcome back.

A few days later my kid shows me the facebook post she made saying she was raped. I called the cops and they took my statement. Cops came back by and they told me her parents found out by a friend ratting on her so she claimed rapeto avoid getting in trouble .

Great world we live in where when you don't want to face the truth you can just claim rape.

 

Knowing women who are legitimate victims of sexual assault, and having a one-nighter get pissed that it wasn't more, I'm familiar with both scenarios.

In my experience, legitimate assaults outnumber false claims...by a significant margin. And the majority of those assaulted didnt report the assaults.

I also know "registered sex offenders", only two of which were predatory; one from a broken home and "acting out" during his puberty years, the other downright disturbingly pedophilic and serving out a nice long sentence somewhere (which, to my surprise, he hasn't been shanked yet). The others were from consensual acts.

Most traumatic experience of her life? Are these people on crack? The bitch looked like she was enjoying having her pussy eaten. I didn't see her screaming for help and running away. If it weren't for social media this wouldn't even be a thing. I have no idea how anyone logical could charge the guy. Nothing about her body language indicated that she was in distress. Just drunk college kids doing stupid stuff. I think it is a bad case of regret that prompted her going to the police.

I don't know all the details of LTJ's case, but I would wager the 31yo male with a 16 yo female are more of a factor.

 

According to the victim, she did not consent. She said she was raped. And they both acknowledged that the act performed was oral sex.

 

At age 16 she could not consent.

Still, I would think oral rape would be relatively uncommon. He is definitely a disturbed young man and picked up some of LT's bad habits.
