Impossible to tell from the video if she is claiming she was drugged.

If I had a daughter, I would do some serious research on the stuff that is out there, and feed the info to her. I researched this stuff once (and guys, no smart comments please ), and it is frightening, and very common....happens all the time, and usually goes unreported. You can teach them about those things, but more important is to teach them not to hang out with questionable people or in questionable places.

People who engage in 35 person swinger sessions are just altering the odds. All it takes is one....one chick who decides she didn't like her interaction with you and you go from douchebag to accused rapist. The only thing you can hope for after that is the lack of a conviction.

 

Rape is all about consent. You either have it or you dont, unless it is coerced through force or drugs, then you still dont have it. The cabana people had likely all consented to what sounds like a killer party.
