@Evad101 it's up an running for me (Portland, OR, using Centurylink as an ISP). https://www.racingfor.me/ is the site you are referring to, correct?
It's 2020. Where we're so technologically advanced that I can't watch BSB racing even if I'm willing to pay for it. Nor can I watch the BTSports MotoGP broadcast although it's much better than what ever crap Dorna is putting out. Go figure.
I just use a proxy and a Eurosport subscription when i want to watch that stuff. Subscriptions for MotoGP, WSBK and MotoAmerica otherwise.
This is an interesting issue. I would like to see plenty of things live that take place elsewhere but are not available to me by regular means. And like you, I am willing to pay for it. Is it a simple answer of controlling the predictable revenue steams vs. something else?
For people running a VPN, does your service allow port forwarding? I can't figure out how to create an open port over a VPN on a private tracker.
Being an expat Brit living in the USA for many years I've always had this issue of trying to watch UK/Euro channels that are region blocked. Use to be easy with free VPN's or free Apps. Now Pretty much all of those are crammed full of ads. I use a paid app called StartUp Show. It's in the google app store. You pay a monthly fee of $15 and basically get everything you could ever want. I watch BT sport, Eurosport and sky F1 all live. Plus anything else. Legal? Less of a risk than watching torrents. Google is your friend.
