Ok guys im going to be a new racer next year. i have been around racing for 14 years in Karts but i have never made a racing resume can someone please give me some help or maybe a copy of theres so i can look at the layout and what stuff to include as of right now all i can think of is to: write down what type of bike i will be riding and in what classes and how many races and what my goals are. When you write a resume it should include: Full Name Birth date Mailing address Phone number Email address How long you have been competing in your sport What other activities you participate in What goals do you wish to accomplish in your sport A short paragraph on why <insert company> here should sponsor you Your competition results/ratings If you have been photographed or written about in a magazine One or more lifestyle photo(s) (just you hanging out) One or more action photo(s) (you on the track) Hope this helps. I always find the hardest thing to answer though is the WIFM (whats in it for me) question. What can I do to help the company. The only as a private citizen that I can ever come up with is that I will tell everyone I know about your product and put some stickers on the bike. I need help with that one...
