Who are some of the teams/ folks that will transport your bike and supplies from track to track for MotoAmerica? I know they're out there, just don't know who they are.

Scotty and Meg Ryan at TSE do logistics work as well as other services in the MA paddock. Top notch people.
I know that Tim was (and may still be) supporting a flat track rider last season, and he mentioned supporting MA in some fashion; I understood at the time that it was transport. I'll text him right now...
