Anybody ever mess with the P dubs and bypassing the "start/ run" switch???? I've heard you can wire in a push button kill switch and eliminate the stock one. Seems like the electronics on these things don't like to get wet.
Ok, I figured it out. Just have to unplug the 3 pin connector from the switch. Hopefully this solves the electrical issues we are having after splashing through puddles. Here's the connector to unplug in case anyone is interested:
Unplugging this connector still allows the off position to work and kill the engine...just allows you to start it on run and eliminates the "start rev limiter".
