At the anastyegiology meeting today, they said, had to sign papers that they are giving me a skin graft for my lips....I put my hands over my ears, like I always do when they start expolaining proceedures. Where they get lip material????? Bung-hole???? Butt-hole lips??????
I am ready to jump off building, 5 stories, lol

splitting upper/lower jaws, removing throat, new ptototype tongue made from thumb and forearm, fake lips?........I'mma look l,ike the Preadator when this is all over....cant even pay an asian for massage. Have to wear a gimp mask or grocerie-bag and pay huge $$$$$ for massage :/

 

Does the procedure have a name by any chance? We're all rooting for you Speedy!

 

Couldn't be a better time to get this taken care of considering masks are required most places.

Anyone have an update?

 

Surgery went as planned. He's not happy with the nursing staff, must not be Asian.

Had the charge nurse and unit SW look in on him everyday, my wife is a SW with that hospital system.

Offered to bring MotoGP race to him on Sunday but no response. Probably due to COVID visitor restrictions.

 

What can we do for him?

 

Right now nothing but thoughts and prayers. Will let you know if that changes.
