Does anyone know if a power commander from another model year suzuki will work with an 03 SV650S? I would think the ecu's that the power commander bridges would be similar on say a GSXR 600 new and old gens, or the 1ks.. Anyone know for sure? Thanks! - everett
If one was savvy on wiring I bet you could do it....When the new r6 came out the Power commanders were not out yet but you could wire in one from a r1
The PC's from the old & new GSXR's are different because the ignition pick-up changed from 8 pole to 22 pole. I suspect the 03 SV is still using an 8 pole pick-up, but... to state the obvious... it's a twin. So you could probably adapt one from another fuel-injected Suzuki V-twin... that's recent enough to have similar injector parameters. That doesn't seem to produce a lot of candidates
