Plugging Tire Warmers in standard house outlet?

I picked up some used tire warmers and wanted to test them out before hitting the track.
The owner had them laying around unused for about 7 years and could not remember if they worked fine, or got to a certain temperature and stop working.

They are chicken hawk pole position.

I assume they are about 1200 watts and since I have only plugged tire warmers in at the track, not sure if a standard 120 volt outlet is adequate enough, or if I will burn the house down testing lol.

Is there a recommended service for them ? or use until they stop working?

Use them until they croak and then see if C.H. will let you trade them in towards a new set ;)

A hair dryer is 1500w, so are most of the portable electric heaters.

Moe, you're good with house power. Test mine every season just that way.
