Hi! I this Beth Duncan, Brad Duncan's wife. I would like to say Thank you to everyone who signed my petition at Nashville this weekend. Thank you from Johnia's family and I. For those of you that I didn't get to speak to please read below. We really need as many signatures as we can get. Thank you so much for your hlep! Please help! Please have everyone you know sign this petition. My friend, Joan Berry, lost her daughter ,Johnia Berry, 21 to a madman. He came into her apartment in the middle of the night and brutally murdered Johnia December 6th, 2004. A year and a half later there are no solid leads. Joan and her family desperately want their story to be aired on America's Most Wanted to put this person behind bars. America's Most Wanted solves many cases. Please help us get them to solve this one. Please sign the petition to help the family to get their story on AMW. To get to the petition go to Johnia's website. Johniaberry.org and click on the link to the petition. Thank you so much for your help!! Please pass this on to everyone you know!! Thank you, Beth Duncan
Thank you so much!! If you have time there is a second petition on her website as well. It is for a new DNA law. Details are there. It seems you can commit horrible crimes to people and they don't keep your DNA on file. Thank you!!
why is the sheriff not cooperating with the show? he must have a reason. does he feel other cases are better suited for the show? just curious.
Final Day! Thank you to everyone who has signed!! For anyone who was thinking about and hadn't gotten around to it yet, please do so today. Joan will be presenting the information tomorrow, Thursday May 11th. Thank you so much! And remember it doesn't matter where you live. All signatures are helpful!! She looking to get over 2000 supporters! Thanks! Beth
A very sad thing happened last week...........the key person working on Johnia's case was killed in a car accident. Joan didn't feel it was proper to take the petition to Knoxville last week so we are still getting signatures for the petition. With the key investigator gone, the family is really, really hoping for the sheriff's support with the AMW now.
