    What is this little jet? It’s parked at a local municipal airport and with the twin engines and small size it looks like it would be quite a powerful little toy!

    Plus they all come with a white flag already installed...

    It was developed as a trainer. When the French airforce didn't select it the added 2 more seats and sold it as a liason aircraft and early business jet. The business jet side pretty much died when the Lear 23 came out.
