Guys, I plan on racing both production and Superbike this season and was going to swap between DOT's and slicks. Given the same tire sizes, do these two tires differ in circumference or anything else that would require a slight suspension modification?
    Thanks,

I am in the same boat that you are in the tire respect. But I will tell you that last season I attempted the tire swap and it just wasn't worth the time or the money. The pilots are damn good tires, and of course nothing beats a slick for all ou performance. But think of the problems of attempting to adjust in between races. I would stick with the DOT's until uou really need the slicks. I ran slicks and had guys wiping me off the floor. However if you still want to know, I'll give you the advice that I was given. Call Walt Schaeffer he is GOD when it comes to tires!!! He'll tell you all you need to know. If you need suspensoin, talk to chuck from arclight, or Max at Traxxion Dynamics.
