I thought that maybe this was a poll about how often you have to get up to go pee in the middle of the night. My vote: Too damn often! (Which I actually do standing up to answer the OP's poll) Getting old(er) sucks!!!
Here's why I ask: you ever notice a restroom in public or even someone else's house that the baseboard heater cover is rusty right beside the toilet? Obviously that's from pee. That's disgusting.
This. My junk's so jacked up in the morning I HAVE to sit. And lean forward till my head is between my knees. Only way I can get it aimed in the right direction. Otherwise, I'd be peeing on the wall. Rest of the time it's outside.
This is where it helps to be tall, it's easier to bend forward enough while standing to achieve a working angle.
Or the better solution is to roll the wife over and take care of the situation the right way (her waking up is optional). The you can have an acrobatic free piss.
like gp shifting, standing up to piss at home, is overrated. Relax, read, stretch the back a bit leaning over a couple times, no wiping the missed bits ...
Sit down at night, but only so I can leave the lights off and not have to worry about proper aim or having a puddle on the floor/wall.
I also notice the giant puddle of piss under the urinal or on the floor. If you’re an animal and can’t keep it in the toilet you should sit. You should also once in awhile wash the walls near your toilet and the rest of the house or train your significant other to.
Or if your hands are really dirty cuz you've been working on the bikes or something and you don't want to wash your hands (either before or after). So I guess the answer is "sometimes" but that's not an option.
You don't have to miss it. It splashes out. Maybe you can't see it, but it does. I'd rather not get piss on my floor or wall and have to wipe it off.
