    I was intrigued when you started with cream cheese..then you had to go sideways as f&*%^ with those nasty green olives.

    Someone needs to drop the ban hammer for that...

    We have a local butcher that mixes ground pork in with the ground beef. Yum.
    This is the formula for success for at least two burger&beer joints locally.

    Ike's Cafe (local to me) mixes beef and bacon 85/15 in their signature "Ike" burgers.. Phenomenal taste and they're Grateful Dead inspired decor makes me respect them even more. House cut fries or chips for the side seal the deal.

    I mix ketchup/catsup 50/50 with mayo and add ground black pepper personally...I don't expect to outlive anyone...
