    No way to tell. Going to depend a lot on which story witnesses back up. Probably something about discharging a weapon in the city at least.

    Daddy is an attorney and homegirl is driving a Porsche. I'm going with the homeless guy gets charged with theft for not giving the bullet back.

    Probably probation. I'm of the firm belief we need tort reform before medical reform. If you're rich and can afford a good law firm you can get away with murder (OJ) but if you're poor you're screwed, possibly to the point of being put on death row.

    Daddy said she was threatened? Was that before or after she grabbed her gat, got out of her Porsche to confront the homeless guy? What a tool. How about turn your stupid music down and apologize to the homeless dude. It's called respect and this broad has none.

    It's a weird one, either version could make sense although having dealt with crazy homeless peeps I'm more likely to believe hers at face value. Especially since his complaint was exhaust fumes while he tried to sleep.... :D
