Scooter (scott jensen) arrived sunday. I got here yesterday and Jimmy will get here today. All three of us are staying in a house in Douglas. Scooter and I had some beer at Greg's pub yesterday afternoon and since it was a holiday here there were a bunch of local guys draggin knee around the corners. The cops just sit there and watch and laugh because there is no speed limit on the mountain and you can pass them at over 140 and they don't care. There were a bunch of older people (men and women) gathered at the bar just to watch the street guys go buy. We have internet at the house but it is limited. I will try and let everyone know how we are doing once practice starts on Sat. BTW Thanks WERA
man that sounds cool as hell...best of luck boys! What'll your bikes look like? incase we can watch on racing underground?
Critter, make sure to visit The Saddle Inn. It's in the North Quay area, tiny little two room deal hidden from the Promenade. It was Joey's favorite hangout, you could find him there almost any night of the TT when he raced there, usually there's someone there playing Irish music (diddley-dee music) and it's just a cool little pub. Maybe Joey's ghost can give you guys some tips. Rick
Best wishes to all of you and glad to hear you have arrived safely - now have fun and come home safely....OK
I arrive at the airport on the 28th at 13-05 I will PM you a cell number at some stage, and if any of you guys (WERA PEOPLE) need any help, just yell
