Heh - we had to go through "SHARP" training a bunch of times - 'Sexual Harrassment and Racism Prevention' - with these pearl-clutching civvies as instructors / counselors. "I can't believe you just said that!!" was a frequent refrain.

It probably didn't help that we relabelled SHARP as 'Societal Homogeneity and Racial Purity' ...
