I remember watching The Dukes of Hazzard and my dad telling me "No way that car survived" after seeing one of those sweet jumps. 6 year old me thought the old man was full of shit. I guess he was right after all (on this and many other things).
Once explained, it makes sence. The unknown chick was a big piece of the equation. Plume was not what i saw...more like smoke or stack.
