Odd-Ball Picture of the Day

Just stumbled on this and also as an Arai snob since 1993, was curious. So drove over to the storage unit and checked all 17 Arai helmets. ALL of the soft bags have it spelled that way, even back to my Adamo replica I bought in early 90's. And same on the helmet boxes too.
Backpacks, banners and even the lighted sign are all misspelled and never noticed until now.

I just saw him in person. Downtown Dallas. The gilded longhorn horns hood ornament is a nice touch.

 

I’m boarded on a Southwest flight right now. We just pushed back 5’ then we went back to the gate. We had to change pilots because a 5 minute delay put the pilot “over his hours”.

 

I flew ATL-LAS last Sunday; a very early AM flight. Later that day I became aware of how lucky I was to make it.

 

These gender reveal protocols are a complete mystery to me.

The first cultural link I saw was perhaps the unfilled papal vote. Didn't fit, wrong clue.
