I worked in food distribution, for 5-1/2yrs, and can attest to seeing some of the nastiest stuff one would never imagine happening in a restaurant.

If in doubt, I always tell people to drive around to the back door/delivery door. If that entry area is nasty, it’s just as nasty on the other side of the door. FOH is pretty easy to see, as well, if you know what to look for.

Has Waffle House closed all locations yet? That is the sign the world is ending.

 

my coworkers wife works our local Waffle House here in N.Ga and i was told by him that they had changed all the locks on this location yesterday AM . His wife speculates that they may offer take out only with curb service but who knows and i will inquire this mourning at work .

 

I think pretty much everywhere is going to have to do take out only for a while. My wife stopped to get Mexican last night on the way home, she was able to walk in and order but they asked her to wait in the car and they brought it out to her.

 

All restaurant dining rooms in Tulsa are closed, but drive through and takeout are still available.

 

Update for north ga waffle house . Standard operating procedure as of 3/19 with no plans to change anything. Hoping all will start to normalize soon .

 

We got this little hole in the wall place about a mile from me called Alpha. It's one of those chili cheeseburger with fries or half n half with slaw. Been there forever. Best onion rings I've ever found. If they close up I'll kill myself.
