After a long term hate for ebay on the selling side of things. I have a new love again. I'm restoring a few old Honda TXR250R racers and a ATC250R 3 wheeler I was so happy to find just about every part I needed in about a hour. Awesome! thank you ebay gods....
I still hate it. With all the fees and shipping costs that are not estimated correctly I'd rather put the shit I want to sell in my front yard with a free sign on it. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
Death on 3 wheels. If you were around in the 70's and early 80's and didn't roll an ATC at least once....well you missed out.
I owned a 250R for a number of years...saw some other folks on them...never once saw a Tecate in my part of the world.
You can't turn one that doesn't have enough power to break the rears loose at will...that's why the 4 stroke turds of the day rolled over.... You ride the thing like you are driving a drift car. Break the tires loose, drop your body to the inside of the turn and slide the thing around.
Hold on a second.....are you trying to say that all this time you had the secret to fixing the Reliant Robin's handling woes all this time?
Cause they're awesome!!!! I raced motocross and flat track on a 250r. Hated the quads, especially for flat track.
You can manage to slide the rear of a two wheel dirt tracker around but doing so on a slightly more stable platform was too hard? You must have been on that crap ass Kwakasuki.
If you need anything for the 3 wheeler let me know. A friend of mine here locally has about 15 of them. About every size and combination ever build and have parts in stock.
