Space Force so far has been amusing... It's a typical Steve Carell role so don't expect Emmy award winning drama or anything.
All I know about what's on there is that my kid told me Avatar The last airbender is on it so I may have to figure out how to work the netflix on my TV. lol!
Since we were discussing Adam Sandler a few pages back - Whatever you do, DO NOT waste your time on Uncut Gem's with Sandler. Wow!! What a dog shit movie.....I mean.....absolutely nothing worth watching in it.
Are you shittin me? You liked that? I mean, other than the one scene where his girlfriend comes home and he's hiding in the closet.....predictable outcome, boring plot, constant yelling.....
Well...actually...he just acted it. Had he directed it you would have likely seen David Spade, Rob Schneider, Nick Seardson and his other buddies that he throws a bone to for their attempts at acting and comedy.
The only thing it has in common with Adam Sandler movies is that Adam Sandler is in it. But everything Clemson said about it is wrong. Well, no: the constant yelling definitely true. But you come to find out it's integral to the feel of the movie as it keeps you angry and helps build tension.
Can't comment on Sean Bean. I don't specifically recall any movie I have seen that he might have been in. And as I mentioned recently somewhere in here, Nicholas Cage made one good movie in this past decade. So I guess they are even.
"National Treasure" had both Cage and Bean in it, got stuck at the inlaws watching it one Christmas, it was painful.
Lord of War was a POS but somehow respectable in my opinion... It's like a sliding scale of knowing who's in a movie...
We finished watching the Epstein series last night. Pretty much confirms if you're rich and powerful enough you can do and get away with anything.
