That was the lineup for last night. We watched them both. We also watched a thing abut how Disney converts the parks over for Christmas in one night. We enjoyed that.
GF forgot to unsubscribe from the end her free subscription from Apple TV+. So we watched Greyhound. Understandably lots of CGIs but generally well made. Reality takes a beating a bit but cool just to go along with the ride. Same channel, also watched 1st episode of '1971'. Pretty interesting.
Metal Shop Masters. Like forged in fire, but much broader fabrication. Unfortunately, the hosts are the three biggest tools on the show.
Worth it? We love Forged in Fire, but did moreso when they were starting out with all the interesting blades, less with the drama of "your blade will cut" with the over the top music...
It's worth watching people who know what they're doing and seeing their design thinking. Ive learned a lot.. The forced drama, however, is tough to stomach. Honestly, it may just be better to watch it with the sound off.
I watched exactly ONE episode of Forged In Fire…watched my former co-worker win it all (Mickey Thompson). 2019 ep. 100 Sadly, he’s since passed. Miss that guy
We don’t have Netflix anymore but they used to show Muscle Shoals. Best music doc I’ve seen. You would be surprised who played on those old R&B records.
dont look up was pretty entertaining, when you use their references compared to today's goings on. it is quite a bit of art imitating life. Ski
Look up The Last Breath…. Friggin unreal Documentary on some major deep Sea Divers in the North Sea…really really good….
