Honda CRF 100 Kitaco 145cc build PWK 28mm carb main 140 pilot 40 needle bottom mark PVL electronic ignition system. PROBLEM Penton who sales the PVL unit has closed there doors. Can't find any technical info on timing advancement for this build. We set the advance once and it ate the cylinder up and piston. Called minimob and they said they seen this a lot form to much advanced timing. When he was ask what timing to go with for that build he wouldn't give an answer. We're trying to find out what's the usual timing advance for a Kitaco 145 build. This is a very common build . I know how to set the timing no problem . It's the advance and how much is the problem. Most these 145 builds require a electronic flywheel so this should be a pretty common equation . Thanks for any help
No help to offer other than another direction to look. Thumpertalk forum had a few guys over there who built pretty advanced 100 motors. Might find some help there
