Not the right shades for a mechanic's webcam, neither. I recommend brake dust, road grime and chain grease to attract true followers.
Give it to the girls...or a friend of mine knows a Toyota or Honda (cant remember which) that did the transition thing. They maybe her colors.
Lol. It’s all still in the box shoved under my bed. I did some light bed time reading while watching forensics files.
Damn, I'm late to this party. Based on the OP pic, a little toasted? (sorry, it was too easy) It shouldn't be too hard to make this repair. Good luck.
Fried. My brain is fried. The good thing is that these are plug and play. I can change my oil just fine - this shouldn’t be much beyond that, I will review the entire harness while it’s guts are showing though and make sure the grounds and connections are protected. Someone sliced my balcony lights a few weeks back, and I spliced those without issue just to spite whoever did it (I can have Christmas lights up in a July!) I’m sure this repair is not beyond my capability... even if it is - I will work at it until it isn’t anymore
Progress! Well, I’ve gotten the Stator and the R/R replaced. I’ve got a small fuel leak to tackle and a voltmeter to install on the panel before I test out my work. Should be a few weeks before the test run. The Honda washers for the banjo bolt have a 1-2 week lead time. https://imgur.com/a/ObNICaU
When your kids grow up and know how to do more than use their $1000 hand held broadcasting machine to bitch on social media about how hard their life is then you'll look back and go..."Well maybe that wasn't such a bad idea.
If those washers weren’t previously leaking, just reuse them. If you’re paranoid about them leaking, just go to any chain auto parts store and ask for “fuel rail washers”. They should have a plastic case full of an assortment to choose from, as this stuff is all generic. It’ll probably save you a few bucks, as well. The fuel pump is a Bosch unit used by many. The Honda fuel filter with the 180° tube is available, generic. The fuel injectors are the same as used in Honda automobiles. Don’t get too wrapped in some of this stuff being “motorcycle-specific”. Just be sure and draw the line right before installing car tires on the thing.
I’ve been down that road Copper crush washers didn’t solve the leak. So I just ordered the Honda washers to troubleshoot. Don’t know if it is the bolt or there is something else going on. This community is really awesome. I really appreciate all the tips. There is a giant brain in the background helping me when I get stuck too. I’ll have the 8 ball in the corner pocket here soon.
