Delta app for my flights.
FlightView for all the stuff airlines haven't figured out how to do correctly (gate numbers, accurate/timely flight status, etc).
Google Maps because Waze sorta sucks at times.

Good lord, how can I forget my #1 while I'm watching it?

Plex is my best friend on airplanes. Download all my tv shows and movies to it and carry them with me.
