Anybody read who the accuser is? I don't see it anywhere I've looked.

That's not true, at least not the town / village ones in NY. My town judge is a dairy farmer.

 

Not in Iowa. A magistrate (judge) can be a citizen of good standing, pillar of community with no formal legal training only a demonstration to understand the laws etc.

 

I haven't seen it published anywhere (I'm sure they are purposefully keeping her anonymous)...only that it was a female competitor of some sort. They called her a "bodybuilder", but the female bodybuilding class is all but defunct at this point. So either its some kind of figure/physique class or possibly some podunk local division that still maintains a female bodybuilding class?

 

Been wondering about that since that came up.

Court docs have been made public now, they only refer to her as her initials, but alot of people have pretty much figured out who it is.

I know who it is, but wont say, because w/out further info, she is currently an alledged victim of a horrific/traumatic crime.

I will say that the word is her and her husband are fraudsters, which the truth is, they were arrested/convicted of fraud by lieing about their income on a home loan. I dunno.

I'll wait for more info or the courts to decide, but right now she is alleged victim. Unfortunately, she will be outed/vetted soon, before anyone knows more info/details. Once public, she will be besieged w hate/threats/etc
