Ditto on the eats or attractions to check out in Austin over the weekend. Have a little bit of time to kill so I'd welcome any recommendations from locals or experienced COTA attendees. Thanks.
If you're a foodie and in south Austin there's a place called Ovenbird that you'd probably like. There's plenty of franchise eats right off the interstate. North of the river in the city you have almost unlimited options but there are some nice places along the river with nice scenery if you're in to that.
The Yeti store is pretty impressive (and can get pretty expensive depending on your level of intoxication).
If you're looking for a nicer place, try Perry's Steakhouse. The food was fantastic and even bumped into Maverick Vinales and his entourage there in 2019.
Meeches Mexican right by the track was very good. Massive portions oh and if any of you are Doritos or chip fanatics try the Flamas ones! First place I ever had them was at the dollar general there
This is good, he wouldn’t have been in the right head space. I doubt the must harden racer would, whether they would admit it or not.
I would say something, but probably too soon. err..f it....when is he really in the right space even previous to this....
