What a great first race. Looks like the R6 is down on some speed compared the Suzuki. I bet Fong and Hayden swap positions in tomorrows race. I expected PJ to be there also, hopefully he will improve as the season progresses. Glad to see there are 5-6 riders who will be challenging this season. So glad racing is back!

 

ehh.. the zuks are fast, but Fong and Sean Kelly are both really small compared to Hayden G.

 

What a race. I expected more from P.J., his bikes either geared way off or a turd. Great to see Gillim and Fong shake hands after the race as that could have been ugly. Nothing too out of line but could’ve gotten nasty if taken a bit further. Not sure if Fong had a bike issue or operator issue. Was hoping for a battle with a few to go.
Landers - not much else to say about him, he was on a different planet.

 

Fong said in post race he kept hitting false nuetrals.

 

Awesome SS race and exciting field. Hoping for more of the same in SBK.

 

Gerloff! He would have been a huge threat.

 

Pretty sad 15 superbikes.

Only 6 that could win. My opinion.

Herrin was right on the limit for at least a couple laps. That bike was all over the place!

JD looks so good on the Attack bike. Yamaha screwed up not putting him on the factory bike.

And the smartest of the bunch is still standing.

 

Not a bad race so far. Go JD!

 

Nice broadcast, great racing.

 

Stoked for JD and hope he has a great year with everything he's doing
