So based on the entry list, who are your picks for each class? Any dark horses? That new Yamaha R1 supposed to be faster in a straight line, so the zuks shouldn't eat them for lunch like last year. Wyman has been testing A LOT. Plus he had neck surgery and should be healthy. But he has to beat PJ on the lesser spec (?) bike. I think Gagne will get the better of Cam in one race. Maybe a win. STK 1000 I'll have to go with PJ, but I think Mesa and Dumas and Corey Alexander will be fighting for the other podium places. SSP it's hard to bet against SDK. But I think Paasch, Olmedo and Escalante may have something to say about SDK being a given. Twins - who cares. Nobody watches that anyway, right? I
Is he? Originally I commented that but removed it. His entry list details aren’t showing M4 as the team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SBK: Bobby Fong SS: Escalante STK: PJ Twins: Landers Juniors: Landers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wyman is my dark horse for SBK. On his latest vid, he basically spent all of quarantine at the track. Not sure any of the other guys can really say the same. Plus, it seems like the V4 is more dialed in than it was last year.
Jr Cup - Landers/Landers Twins - DeKyrel/Landers 600SS - SDK/Paasch 1000STK - PJJ/Dumas SBK - Baubier/Baubier (assuming 2 races for each class - not too sure on that)
Looks like you are right. He must just be riding last years Team Hammer bike, as they did sell it off.
If you watch the video of him signing with American racing management they mention a joint effort with JU/RRW for the Twins Cup.
With RRW involved, I imagine they would at least be sharing some team resources and logistics with M4 / Team Hammer. They should have moved in by now, so maybe someone who is there can get the scoop. Hey JU - what is the scoop?
Correct me if I'm wrong but this weekend at Road America is the first professional motorcycle road racing event in the world since all this rona virus mess correct? If that is in fact true this is absolutely epic for Moto America and road racing in the United States because the whole world will be watching. Pretty fucking cool if you ask me. To all the racers and crews at Road America this weekend... I wish all of you the best of luck. Have fun, ride fast and put on show for all of us fans!
First pro but we beat them on racing altogether I did have people from all over the world watching my crappy live vid on facetubes, kind of funny. Wish I'd been able to get a better angle.
Moto2 and Moto3 were held at Qatar after all of Europe was on lockdown. Just no MotoGeePee as they were all outside Qatar and they had a 14 day quarantine policy in place.
