Brandon just put up a post saying this up above was only a joke, that he wouldn't be riding the Duc for HSBK. Bummer
HSBK the last of the silly season? Still no news on. Josh. Andrew Lee Jake Lewis Hayden Gillim 600 class seems to be short on riders as well.
Spain seems to be the country to race in if you want to be noticed by international teams and sponsors.
Should have said a Spaniard or talented, have the right passport and money behind you. I'm shocked Remy Gardner has progressed as far as he has. Talent, right passport, a great last name but not a shit ton of cash behind him. Isn't there another Gardner as well who was racing? Luca or something like that? What he is doing?
Are you sure about not a bunch of money behind him? I swear I read an article in RRW where his dad had already spent over a million getting him up and into Moto2. At the time the article was written that total may have been for the Spanish Moto2, forget what it is called, and not even into MotoGP version of Moto2.
I read something similar and I wanted to say Dad said he didn't have a lot more to spend. Might be remembering it wrong. Looking on his website at sponsors and no energy drink sponsor, no aussie insurance company and no one that stands out that could foot the full bill for a moto2 run. No idea if he's getting a check, riding for free or writing a check.
Has Brandon Paasch announced 2020 plans yet. After winning the British Moto3 Championship, he wild carded at a CEV Moto2 race and finished 12th. I was hoping he could nail down a fulltime ride in that series. Racing those Euro kids has to be the best development for an up and coming rider with MotoGP aspirations.
Unfortunately winning the Motostar (BSB) doesn’t equal a springboard into the world championships and most of the champs ends up nowhere, however Leon Camier beat Casey Stoner for the championship in 2001...
