Not really seeing a huge issue with his methods. Basic normal type A pushing the envelope, reminds me of a lot of racers. No a generic, given his personality would you trust him to do business with? He falls into the group that I doubt would honor his word, based upon numerous shady things he has done. There is pushing the envelope then out right cheating, he seems second category.
As with anyone it would totally depend on the situation. I go into any business relationship assuming the other person/company will be looking out for their own interests over mine. I'm rarely disappointed that way.
