I remember back when Tiger Woods first won big as a pro. Chris Rock pointed out that everyone was commenting about his "diverse" ethnic background, how everyone was trying to claim him as their own. He followed that up with a most prophetic line about what will happen when he screws up: "They'll all say Did you see what that nigger did"
I busted out laughing when that day came and he was proven right.

My sister has a big fancy doctor house in Martinez. For the life of me, I don't understand why she won't rent it.

 

Damn chem dealers and their foggy heads...

 

You have to clear closets and bathrooms, everything has to be damn near perfect, cleaning services have to be hired, the renters don't always care for your house the way you do, strangers in the house, drunks throwing up on beds and carpet. There are a lot of reasons not to. The money can be good, but it is a headache.
