Very nicely done! I have an aprillia cup bike and i wonder what it would be like with the engine conversion you have done. Did you fabricate the engine mounting? Brilliant good luck with the sale.
Cool build. Any issues with vibration? There was a blown up Aprilia RS125 for sale a couple years ago and I considered doing a similar build with the rh drive KTM 380 engine.

How bad is the vibration? I've owned a few conversions while my son was coming up and some of them had vibration issues. Pipes, radiators, frames, etc. develop cracks when you shoehorn something else into the frame. How hard does the pipe hit? Does it instantly wheelie in the lower gears when the throttle is opened up quickly? The 65HP, which carb and fuel is that with? Did you build this or buy it already built? How much time do you have on it? How many race weekends have you spent shaking it down? The roller starter is great, can it also be bump started pretty easily as most 2 strokes can or is that 500 single to big for that? Hey @Mongo what class would this be legal in for an old fart like me to race? It looks like clubman, lightweight twins, D superbike, and Formula 2? If so, don't some of these classes get combined on a normal weekend? Thank you
