Jacksonville FL need your help

Found a good deal on a Ninja 400 to use as a track/race bike. I just need someone to look it over for me and give me a thumbs up that it is as good as it looks in the ad.

That way I can pay for it and then find shipping after its mine.

Only catch is it would have to be looked at tomorrow so I can buy it before someone takes a look on monday.

Thanks but I've got a SS already. Looking to get a lightweight to really try and get better as a rider. The Mrs wants to learn how to ride too so I figure she can learn on the small bike as well.
