    Why doesn't the headline state "Racist goes on attempted murder spree"?
    Oh, right. For the same reason he wasn't charged with a hate crime. Racism.

    Hopefully not, we should not have thought crimes. Charge for the criminal act not the reason or alleged thoughts.
