VR is not modern gaming, and 1080 will still push anything short of PIMAX without issues at high resolution.

 

And exactly when is the last time you put a headset on ?
Minimum requirements for the Oculus is a 970. And you're not going to run that with max quality.
The 3000 series has made my 2080Ti a relic .
