Whatever, dude. You have your opinion and I have mine. You like the nanny state. I don't. I value property rights well above the convenience factor the nanny state brings to the table. You think zoning laws are a good thing. I think they're a fundamental violation of property rights and are therefore blatantly unconstitutional. But that doesn't really surprise me because you really don't seem to grasp the idea of inalienable rights to begin with. Otherwise you would know that inalienable rights are not subject to the whims of the electorate, regardless of how big a majority of the sheep want to see them violated by the state.
