I have a technical question about this board

    I am thinking about hosting a BBS (for professional reasons) and I like this layout.

    What software is this exactly, and how much does it cost or is it licensed?

    We had UBB and I really prefer this software from an admin standpoint. A lot more features built in that UBB needs hacks for as well as just plain old ease of use.
