My homie, Trevor, 'invented' corndog bread. Imma take it to the next level by smothering it w/chili. Just regular-ass chili. No fuckin' cilantro, tofu, Guatemalan devil peppers, cage-free beans, and shit like that. XOXO...T
Did you not see this in the Covoid cooking thread? https://getpocket.com/explore/item/...-famous-chili-recipe?utm_source=pocket-newtab get cooing and we want pictures when you’re done
Texas Chili... Shit ton of ground chuck.... drain fat and season to your liking... Tomato sauce, Jalapeños, little BBQ sauce and Mustard... No beans...
Put yummy stuff that sounds good that morning into crockpot, let cook, eat. My basic chili is never exactly the same twice.
I like to use half sausage and half hamburger in mine. Everything else is a pretty generic chili recipe I found on Google a few years ago.
Interesting thing I was told was that authentic chili isn't made with meat! This was from one of the competitors at the Boston Chili Fest many years ago.
Real chili is meat and chilis/spices. Which oddly enough does make skyline more real chili than what most people make/eat. Nothing wrong with the addition of other things to make what you like tho.
