Help with a Stearns&Foster box spring

While helping my relatives move their household goods I noticed the box spring had a few rattles.

When we unloaded, I stripped back the fabric covering and found several of the springs broken (see picture.)

Does anyone know where I can buy replacement springs?

 

Have you tried calling their customer service dept. ? Is it still under warranty ?

Probably a lot less headache to just grab a new box spring.. aren't they pretty inexpensive?

 

I think they are warranted from defects, but unless you are local to the mfr, you might pay more to ship than to simply buy a replacement.
