It's a 2,150 mile ride... Might need to find some hard bags.

I think he was asking about Groms, not that green off brand stuff.

My bad, I thought this was a racing forum so naturally thought of Team Green :)

That'd be fun. I bet (theoretical term, ok) I could. See you at the salt flats. I'll be the hippie doing a Rollie.

Don't eat Mexican food the day before if you want your pistons to stand the heat :D

StaccatoFan My 13 year old is faster than your President

I picked up a red 2017 Grom last Friday and took it with us on vacation in the toy hauler to Ocean City, MD.

    What a HOOT!!!!!

GREAT little ride to go from the campgrounds into town for dinner or 2-up with my son to take him to the go-karts.

I still think the Zuma makes a better pit bike, but this thing is just fun.

  15. You mean on a single tank of gas?

Mine (when it was stock) got around 100mpg.

That's one of the things that makes them great commuter bikes.

I've got a 2017 Grom. Not liking the seat. What seat are you guys using that's flatter than the stock one?

Would be perfect if it could cruise at highway speeds more comfortably.

My commute is 47 miles each way, and then I have to put on a suit. An Elio might be as close as I get to another street bike :-(

  18. BigBird

    BigBird blah

After 157 miles, I changed my oil yesterday. Definitely more involved than spin on oil filter, but interesting none the less. And then I took it for a little jaunt in the neighborhood.

Didn't realize how loud it is, or how quiet my new neighborhood is. Sorry new neighbors, but you might be hearing it more often :D

  19. Past Glory

Past Glory I still have several AVON calendars from the 90's

Get the Kitaco clutch cover. It has a replaceable oil filter (Honda -HB6-). Makes future oil changes a bit less "interesting".
