Will be starting demolition of the house in the coming months, I've got so much stuff to get rid of. $6,500 for all. Basically giving away the GSXR roller & three 2 strokers. I'll throw in a 73/74 Kawasaki 250 F11 project which will run after a carb cleaning and fresh fuel. Fuel tank not currently mounted. Has some electrical issue to were I couldn't get some lights to work (No title) You can also have a 98 GSXR 750 roller (minus rear shock) I believe it has 2001 GSXR 1000 forks. (no title) All bikes haven't run in a while. They'll need batteries, tires, carbs cleaned etc. etc. 1987 RM125 will likely need the carb cleaned, fresh fuel and air filter service. T'was cool taking this to the local tracks, got plenty of looks and shout outs. (Has title) The 2003 RM125 will need the air filter wing bolt and fairing/seat bolt kit. Fairings not currently mounted. Could use all fluids replaced (Has title) 2001 RSVR competed in Formula USA series and operated by Buona Fortuna Racing....Aaron Clarke and crew chief Gary Stiles. Original TYR SOX (set 2 of 8) that Aaron used. I have no clue where the original MSO documentation from Aprilia is. It'll need tires, battery and general servicing. 2007 ZX6R has a 2008 low mileage (I believe it was 1,400 miles) motor installed and tuned at Lee's Cycles. Dyno'd at 117HP & 47lb-ft It'll need tires, battery and general servicing. I'll also throw in Pitbull stand and can't remember branding of the other rear stand. Bring your trailer! Located in San Diego.
Dusted off the 87 RM. Fired up on 2nd kick. Hadn't run since Jan 2018. Fuel used had been in it since then. The 2003 RM fired up also after 8 to 10 kicks, but spitting fuel out the pipe. No smoke though. It also hadn't run since Jan 2018 out in Borrego Springs. Fuel used had been taken from the 1987 RM.
2003 RM125 - Pulled the carb, float pin was seized with gunk. Cleaned it up and pulled the choke , it fired on first kick. Ran great. Neighbors are loving me at 10:30pm ripping up the street. Ordered fairing mounting kit from SpecBolt.
These are all old images. Tiz the only way I know how to upload since phones & cameras are too pixel rich and I'm quite a numpty when it comes to downsizing image quality. Nothing has changed with the ZX6R. Maybe a little dusty and a few spider webs. Nothing has changed with the RSVR....dusty/webs. 2003 RM125 front & rear fenders have faded a wee bit. Front rotors a bit rusty. Nothing changed with the 87 RM125.
1987 RM125 just went to a new owner. Update on the Aprilia Mille R. I replaced the oil & filter. Installed a Shorai LFX19A4-BS12. Added fresh fuel. Bike wouldn't fire up. Injectors were clogged so I replaced with good injectors from the spare throttle bodies I had. Bike fired right up. Had a little backfire thru rear TB. Ran Diagnostics and got code 35 = Ignition coil 1, Rear cylinder. Gonna order new plugs and track down the coil issue. Ran it thru the gears while on the stand, no issues and finds neutral with ease. Once running correctly (coil/plug/wiring) bike would need coolant, forks/shock, brake fluid serviced and new tires mounted. I was running Dunlop GPA's (190 rear) I'm not sure if this is running the race motor from 2001 series. Odometer reads 2,729 miles. It's a 990RP (big valve) motor. Last time I checked compression it was 210/208, with throttle wide open & cranked 5 times. I've since replaced the torn seat that's in the image above. I'm gonna start on the ZX6R and get it cleaned up and running.
555 miles on odometer, 1700+/- on 2008 motor. Fuel tank has a bit of rusting on the interior, where the fuel wasn't filled up completely. I haven't yet cleaned out the tank (soak in vinegar) but fuel pump works fine and bike needs tires & all fluids changed out. $3700 no title. Bike came from Florida with 200+/- miles on original motor. Was running on 2 or 3 cylinders (can't remember, been several years since I bought it) when it arrived here. Valves were shot, poor engine build. Seller forked over $1000 towards replacing the complete motor. 117HP/47 or 49TQ.
Aprilia has sold. Likely running around Loudon in the near future. Just have the Zx6r and gsxr 750 roller (no motor or braking wave rotors)
PM sent on the Kawi. Ill be in SoCal Saturday picking up another track bike purchase and would love to come get this as well!!!
