So I’m trying to put together some Halloween Festivities at the GNF. Of course we’ll have the adult slushees going on Friday night and costumes are always welcome. But I’d like to do something for the kids Saturday night. Anyone want to help get the word out and have some pits decorated and candy stations for kids to Trick-or-treat? We did this years ago and it was a huge success. If anyone has any ideas or would like to help, let me know! Lori Stickboy Racing
Cool! Just trying to see if people would be interested in setting up a little something in their pits for the kids to come trick-or-treat at. Maybe do a pumpkin decorating contest and costume contest... I know our town usually does Halloween festivities the weekend before, if it falls on a weekday. Just figured there may be some kids there that would enjoy having something to do since they won’t be home. I have a fog machine, disco lights, and some other things and will end up creating a Halloween room out of our 10x10 canopy.
Anybody remember the Halloween GNF where the Hayden boys rode their bicycles around shooting everybody with silly string? They couldn't race 'cause WERA found out their real age but they were there anyway.
If I am there I will set up the Haunted EZ Ups...... Just put the sides on and put Metalhead in there on a Bar Stool....
what days are the GNF?? am I reading the schedule correctly? four days over Oct 25-26-27-28? just was making hotel reservations and was like "that's 4 days.. "
