GDI engine sticking valves?

    First off, my goal was a reliable 300-400k mile engine.

    Also, my piston rings were really questionable (dumped 4 or 5 cans of brake cleaner in all 8 cylinders) meaning I wasn't sure if after doing all that work I would be pulling the engine soon after for oil consumption.

    Update.
    Car fired right up and smoothe as hell.
    No CEL or codes.

    I reused the plugs and currently the same coils. Soaked the plugs in the carb cleaner...can't recall the brand name.
    I believe all the codes and trouble was because of the fowled plugs and the oiled up/fowled mass air pressure sensor.

    I cleaned and reused whatever was in/on the car.

    Anyone want or need the cheapo hopper, walnut media and associated parts?
