Hi all, here's the story... In school I wanted an 86 FZ600, didn't have the $. Decided last summer to find one. Was dealing on one in CA when a nice(ish) 88 came up for sale near me, so of course now I have two. Don't really have a plan for the 88. Minimum it needs a shock and the forks/brakes gone through to be ridden hard. Somebody give me some advice, preferably starting with "I have the parts in my garage if you want to...". I would also pay up for a factory painted 86 solo seat cowl. thanks
I had a 86 FZ600... First sport bike I ever owned... Bought it brand new... I fell in love with those two huge round headlights!!! For its day... It looked like an endurance racer right off the showroom floor... I still have the sales brochure for it... Traded it in on a 88 FZR750...
