Anyone have a good place to buy fuel tank foam? Some years ago I replaced the anti slosh foam in my MD250H tank and easily found a source for long pieces that fit really well in the tank. Can't remember where I got them and its time to do it again - the only source I see for them is in the UK! (Is a "sponge buffle" the same thing?). If anyone knows where to get fuel tank foam that will hold up to C12 fuel, let me know. Also, how often do you normally replace the foam? Last time I changed it, it was because I was finding black bits in the fuel filter, no idea how old it was, but the newer foam is 3-4 years old and I don't know how long to expect it to last before it starts to break down. Thanks in advance
I'm pretty sure Honda has a part # for it. It comes from the factory with RS125's and the new 250 four strokes.
AH! Perfect, I'll call TJ, thank you. I saw the Honda item number but the only suppliers I saw were overseas, or a couple of specialty companies that had very slow response/shipping time. Riders Discount is a much better option, it hadn't occurred to me they'd have it, thank you.
Why not supporting the guys who supports the small bikes? http://www.tso.us.com/parts-book/moriwaki/0250_md250/2009h/3_part_pages/f_09.asp Also I'm sure Leonard can give you a good name fore the Moriwaki maintenance. http://www.rscycles.com
I wondered what had happened to Redline Powersports! I bought Moriwaki stuff from them some years ago. Thanks for the link, I didn't have that new site info. Still the same owner(s)?

I think Leonard bought Redline and obviously it's now called TSO, anyway he's a great guy to deal with and he gets back to you right away if you any questions...
I ordered it from him, along with some other stuff, thanks! I know Leonard, I used to see him at track days at Streets of Willow, he's a great guy. First time I met him, it was because I bought a front stand for my bike from him and he hand-delivered it to me at the racetrack when he found out from a mutual friend that I'd be there. It was a surprise to have him bring it to my pit and I was very impressed, what great customer service!
Glad I could help you and in turn, Leonard... Both him and Stu at RS cycles are awesome. I also use TSR out of Suzuka in Japan run Toru Furumaya (based in Holland), another great guy
