It is a matter of some concern that he retains his position today, albeit in a liberal shithole. Callous disregard for due process and for the Constitution should be grounds for immediate dismissal.

The real question is: Did Walmart get those t-shirts back?

I mean, if you're going to knock down a man's home to try and extract a heinous t-shirt thief that broke in and barricaded himself into someone else's home, you better damn well recover the t-shirts!!!

Something similar happened here a few years ago, the wanted guy went to visit a friend who didn't know he was wanted. Home was across the street from one of the busiest parks in town. Instead of setting up outside and waiting for him to come out to arrest him quietly, they surround the house and ordered him to come out with a loudspeaker. He didn't come out, people living in the house, which was a rental, cleared out and the Sheriff deputies, after waiting overnight used a ram on the bearcat to push in the front walls. Some 16 hours later they went in and found him in the crawl space. Don't think the county paid for that one either.
