Had a pursuit a few years agon where the van being pursued opened the side door and started firing with an AK. It stopped several blocks later and everyone bailed. One officer fired about 40 rounds, didn't hit anything.

 

He must have hit things, just not what he was aiming at.
Those bullets went somewhere.

She, and while she must have hit "something", she didn't hit any of the suspects. There were several officers firing, she fired far more than anyone else. One suspect killed, three others got away.
