Peyton Inge, the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association, Inc., Walter Walker, Ted Phillips, John Orchard, Steven McNamara, James Dugger, Ty Howard, Eric Falt, Nancy Selleck, and Bill Syfan announce that the lawsuit brought by Mr. Inge against the CMRA, Mr. Walker, Mr. Phillips, Mr. Orchard, Mr. McNamara, Mr. Dugger, Mr. Howard, Mr. Falt, Ms. Selleck, Mr. Syfan, and Tom Anderson has been resolved to the satisfaction of the parties.

So all this time, all these wasted man-hours watching this thread, and the end comes with no dead lawyers??? Are you serious? No 'shyster body count' rolled up here? This should be banned forever! All legalities should have a provision in them for a proper shoot-out or knife fight, and the attorneys obligated to participate.

 

This feels like a 2.5 year hand job with no ending.
